Terms & Conditions

01 Membership & Access

• Access to DocNest is available only to registered members and valid daily pass holders.
• Memberships and passes are non-transferable and valid only for the individual who purchased them.
• DocNest reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time for violations of these terms.
• Members must carry a valid ID on the premises and present it upon request.

02 Fees & Payments

• All fees — daily pass (₹299) or monthly membership (₹2,000) — are payable in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable once a session or membership period has commenced.
• DocNest reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of access without further notice.

03 Use of Space

• The facility is designated exclusively for study and academic preparation purposes.
• Talking, group discussions, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited in silent zones.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, and loud music are forbidden on the premises.
• Only water bottles are permitted at study desks. Food and other beverages must be consumed in the designated break area.
• Members must keep their workspace clean and leave the desk in the same condition as found.

04 Mobile & Device Policy

• All mobile phones must be kept on silent mode at all times within the study area.
• Phone calls must be taken outside the study hall.
• Use of personal devices for purposes unrelated to study (e.g., gaming, streaming media) is discouraged and must not disturb other members.

05 Internet & Utilities

• Wi-Fi is provided solely for educational and study-related purposes.
• Illegal downloads, excessive bandwidth usage, and misuse of the network are strictly prohibited.
• DocNest is not liable for internet downtime, slow speeds, or any data loss arising from use of the facility's network.

06 Guests & Visitors

• Guest access requires prior approval from DocNest management.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring onto the premises.
• Unauthorised guests will be asked to leave immediately.

07 Personal Belongings & Security

• Members are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
• DocNest is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property on the premises.
• CCTV surveillance is maintained throughout the facility for the safety of all members.

08 Conduct & Damage

• Members must treat all furniture, equipment, and common areas with care.
• Any damage caused to property will be the financial responsibility of the member who caused it.
• Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or misconduct toward staff or other members will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

09 Health & Safety

• Members must comply with all health and safety guidelines displayed on the premises.
• In case of an emergency, members must follow staff instructions and evacuation procedures.
• DocNest is not liable for any personal injury sustained on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

10 Termination of Access

• DocNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms, without notice and without refund.
• Members who are asked to leave due to misconduct will not be entitled to any compensation.
• DocNest may close temporarily for maintenance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances without liability to members.

11 Limitation of Liability

Use of DocNest facilities is at the member's own risk. DocNest shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the space, its services, or any interruption to those services.

12 Changes to These Terms

DocNest may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted at the premises and on this page. Continued use of the facility after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
